During the FP11 book fair, Andio Lai initiated a Floating Projects signature event, “Spatial Calibration” - an audiovisual experiment and performative test within a limited space. FP members Andio Lai, Fuk Kuen and NgSing formed a temporary unit FPCManual: Andio Lai and Fuk Kuen took part in sound synthesizing; NgSing took part in narrative and real-time visuals.
We collaborated with gEEEEEse (Andy, Preston Lui, Tina Yeung, Patrick Chiu, Tim) and Cat Lee. It was a vivid night where a wide spectrum of audiovisual performative demonstrations unfolded at Floating Projects. A huge thank you to every participating unit for their 120% effort and to our supportive audiences. Stay tuned for the next evolution of Spatial Calibration.
