Empty Spacing is a coding-based exploratory self-portrait: A lonely girl sits beside the window of a desolate room at a future building… At this version - Empty Spacing 2.0 continues the plot from Empty Spacing, someone has finally noticed the girl existing. Similar to the original work, Empty Spacing 2.0 has remained the coding which has focused on continuous particles and applying “noise” method to express motion graphic. Additionally, I have matched a Japanese city pop - Plastic Love (by Mariya Takeuchi), those coding-based motion graphic will be affected by the value of the song’s spectrum and volume.
